What to expect

How results will be presented

Aggregated findings

National and regional patterns, presented as totals and proportions rather than individual responses.

Methodology alongside

Each set of findings will be accompanied by how it was gathered and what it covers.

Source information

Where results draw on published material, those sources will be identified.

Why nothing is shown yet

Publication follows fieldwork and review

Fieldwork and analysis must be completed before any figure can be published. Partial returns are not representative, and releasing them early would give a misleading impression of the picture the research is designed to establish.

Once analysis is complete, findings are reviewed before release. Only reviewed, aggregated results are published — never an individual response, and never in a form that could identify a person, household or business.
